She has attained international and intercultural competence through living in Brazil, Switzerland, France, China and Germany. Presently she is working in an international virtual project team on developing global skills with Chinese, Indian, Korean, UK, USA and German colleagues. Ms. Fehring is also the founder of China Partner (www.china-partner.de).
