The Benelux Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to a one-day workshop on May 15:

Empowering Your Team

This training introduces tools and activities to help team leaders understand their role better and identify communication barriers keeping teams from reaching their full potential.

This course utilizes the Belbin's team roles assessment, which is completed before the training begins. The results will be given to each trainee in the first part of the training, where definitions of each team role will be discussed.

Through the program, participants will be challenged to think of where they have experienced a good team and a bad team and what the causes were. Knowing the role they play and what others play is a vital part to team success. This course will aid managers and their teams to better work together during the team lifecycle.

Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, a team leader should be able to:
• Administer Belbin - Team Role Assessment
• Illustrate 4 Team Relationship Dynamics
• Illustrate positive attributes of a Team Leader
• Demonstrate 5 Mentoring steps
• Demonstrate the application of SMART goals
• Demonstrate effective forms of communication

Alistair's ten years experience in China has enabled him to attain an understanding of the China business market and develop his Chinese language skills. He has been involved in business having consulted for companies both in China and abroad, while having been the Sales and Marketing Director in IPS for over two years.
Alistair's energetic and enthusiastic style of training has entertained trainees and made him very popular with his multi-national clients. He has been involved in training companies such as Siemens, Microsoft, Grand Hyatt Hotel and the International School of Beijing.
